AskJunie is designed for parents and legal guardians of children under 13, not for use by children directly.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
• Any information about your child (first name or nickname, birth month/year, and optional notes) is provided voluntarily by you, the parent or guardian, for the purpose of receiving personalized coaching.
• We do not require, request, or store full names, photos, addresses, school names, or other directly identifying information about children, and ask parents not to enter these.
• Parents can review, export, or delete all information associated with their child's profile at any time from the Profile page.
• We do not use children's information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than generating coaching responses for the parent.
• If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly without parental consent, contact us at legal@askjunie.com and we will delete it promptly.
